| Ichthus Ministries, Inc. will be auctioning off its collection of historical memorabilia. Proceeds will be used to pay creditors. This memorabilia includes items such as autographed guitars by main-stage artists from 2007, 2008, 2009, 2010, 2011, and 2012 and posters from the different festivals. Each guitar and poster is designed with the festival theme and art from that year and many of the posters are framed. |

| These items will be sold in our online auction beginning February 4, 2013 at 10:00 a.m.. Proceeds from the sale of Ichthus merchandise will be used to pay creditors. Our remaining stock of merchandise includes t-shirts and hats from numerous past festivals, as well as admission wristbands from the 2011 and 2012 festivals. It also includes retro t-shirts from the 1971, 1975, and 1978 festivals. All items will include photos and descriptions of the item being sold. |

Ichthus is currently setting up an online auction out of which it will make these items available for bid. A minimum price will be set for each item.Bidders will also have the opportunity to make a bid for the complete inventory in each category.
