TANGIBLE ASSETS/PERSONAL PROPERTY FOR SALE
Live Auction: Saturday, March 2nd 2013 10 a.m.
Ichthus Ministries, Inc. will be holding a live auction Saturday, March 2nd 2013 10 a.m., in order to liquidate its tangible assets and personal property. Proceeds from the sale will go to pay creditors. These assets include office furniture and equipment, as well as equipment used to maintain the festival grounds and operate the festival. The final list of assets for sale (with photos) will go up on February 20. The auction will likely be held at the barn on the festival grounds on Saturday, March 2 at 10:00 a.m.. All items are being sold AS IS WHERE IS and without condition or restriction. The specific terms and conditions of said auction will be outlined and determined by the auctioneer chosen to conduct the auction on behalf of Ichthus.
